Delivery

*Free delivery offer is available on orders equal to or greater than £80 before postage is applied. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses, some areas of the Highlands and Islands; instead a postage discount of £4.95 will be applied. Postage saving for mat orders is £4.95.

We aim for goods to UK addresses to arrive within 5-7 working days. A signature may be required. 

Shipping

  • Pay only £4.95 per order for standard UK delivery (UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands & Islands only)
  • Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland postage rates are £15.00
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping outside of the UK
  • Postage charges cover delivery to one address.

Returns

  • Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below
  • Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 01204 284201 prior to sending in this instance)
  • We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as Kleen-Tex Industries Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us

Turtle Mats are available in a range of sizes, from a standard doormat size to a large runner size which are great by patio doors. All Latex mats come with rounded corners and all multi-grip mats have square cut corners.

    In the absence of a plain green, (which I bought last time and are still going strong after years of wear), I took a chance on this. I’m not a lover of busy patterns but this is quiet and subtle and doesn’t shout at you. I have it in my conservatory which has no other patterned items. I wish some plain ones would be offered.

    Lovely classic design in soft olive and sage green for the ingterior of our front door. We have several different designs of washable Turtle mat and they are very sturdy and come up looking new from the washing machine. Highly recommended.

    Very pleased with the mat. It's clearly good quality and grips our wooden floor well. However, the colour was rather a surprise. Perhaps it's my screen, but I was expecting a vibrant green mat with black edging. In reality, the leaf pattern is a dull sagey-green and the mat has a grey edge.
