Delivery
*Free delivery offer is available on orders equal to or greater than £80 before postage is applied. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses, some areas of the Highlands and Islands; instead a postage discount of £4.95 will be applied. Postage saving for mat orders is £4.95.
We aim for goods to UK addresses to arrive within 5-7 working days. A signature may be required.
Shipping
- Pay only £4.95 per order for standard UK delivery (UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands & Islands only)
- Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland postage rates are £15.00
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping outside of the UK
- Postage charges cover delivery to one address.
Returns
- Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below
- Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 01204 284201 prior to sending in this instance)
- We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as Kleen-Tex Industries Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us
- Please note that if you need to return a Personalised mat, please email orders@turtlemat.co.uk before returning your mat.
